Accordingly he has requested that the City

properties on the east side of Ulster be included in the
development to share the servicing and construction costs.
the Committee feels that this matter should be referred to
.the Land Use and Land Sale Committees for further consider-
ation. As part of their considering this the Public Works
Committee would like to suggest that:

1. Development on both sides of Ulster Street be
considered from Lincoln Avenue north to Victoria: Drive.

2. Strong consideration be given to disposing of ols.
