[have recently received a quotation from Swagger Construction via Grant & Sinclair
Architects Ltd. to install the proposed rear fence onto the westerly portion of the ditch
line adjacent to Thompson Park, The quotation includes an additional 75 meters of
fencing from the original design since the storage buildings cannot be utilized. Swaggers
quotation for the proposed change totals $3,076.61.

If you wish me to proceed with this change order, please provide me with the
authorization and funding source by June 30, 1994.
