Mr. Robert Bicknell, 1140 Castle Crescent asked the difference between Apartment and High Density Apartment zoning and how the the number of stories are calculated. Mr. Dennis Farmer, {819 Fraser Avenue endorsed Dr. Tucker’s recommendation that the consideration of the OCP be put on hold until after the election. Mr. Helge J acobson would like to see the bylaw amended to delete the preamble. Mr. Philip Cartmel wanted clarification of the preamble, and felt that the waterfront development should not be high density. Ms. Glenda Friskie, 1950 Argue Street queried single use residential designation along Argue Street. Ms. Terry Clark, 2258 Lobb Avenue had sent a petition prior to the consideration of the OCP opposing an apartment designation in her area. Ms. Robyn Doig, 2224 Pitt River Road indicated that she also signed a petition opposing an apartment designation in her area. Ms. Margaret Smith, 3263 Ulster Street would like to see the northside developed as residential, not commercial. Dr. Michelle Beaudrey, 144 Apel Drive queried the moderate sensitivity zoning for Hyde Creek area: however, commended the agricultural -~ning and environmental assessment. Ms. Susan King-Wilson, 1925 Cameron Avenue expressed her appreciation of the ‘fort and time expended on the process of compiling the OCP. Mr, Doug Alward, 2238 Pitt River Road, clarified the petition regarding extention of multi-family designation along Pitt River Road and Lobb Avenue. Mr. Tom Parsons, 2232 Pitt River Road spoke in favour of rezoning the south side of Pitt River Road. Mr. Leonhard Penner, 1402 Columbia Street would like to create a larger industrial base by encouraging more businesses and jobs in to the area, and expressed concem regarding the traffic in and out of the community. Mr. Philip Cartmel, spoke regarding traffic concems in an emergency. Ms. Wilhemina Fine, 2353 Pitt River Road expressed concer regarding limited shopping in the downtown area.
