The Covenantors shall at their own expense do or cause to

Every reference to the parties is deemed to include the
irs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, employees,
ents, officers, elected officials and invitees of the parties;
this Covenant shall enure to the benefit of and be binding on the
Covenantors notwithstanding any rule of law or equity to the
contrary; wherever the singular or masculine is used in this
Covenant the same shall be construed as meaning the plural,
feminine or body corporate or politic where the context so
requires; the parties nereto shall do all things and execute all
documents which may be necessary to give proper effect to the
intention of this Covenant; and this Covenant shall be governed and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British
Columbia.
