DISCUSSION:

Approval of this Rezoning and Development Permit Application will enable
the development of an apartment building within the Downtown Apartment
district. The proposed building generally conforma to the guidelines of
Development Permit VI. Indoor and outdoor recreation areas have been provided
in accordance with Zoning requirements. Relaxationa to the height and the
interior side yard setback adjacent to the lane is requested in order to
accommodate this design.
