City Engineer SUBJECT: Lions Clab Journey for Sight Walke-a-thon (Public Works Committee Meeting of March 3, 1992) That Council grant permission to the Lions Club to hold a "Joumey for Sight" walk-a-thon to be held on May 2, 1992 as shown on the attached plan, subject to the following: I, That the Lions Club assume responsibility for traffic control. 2. That the parade use sidewalks were possible. 3. That the Lions Club comply with any requirements from the RCMP. The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Project Technician dated February 27, 1992 regarding a letter from the Lions Club for the 1992 "Journey for Sight". wall:-a-thon.
