fits ad bi Seaietsn State the intended use or uses of the building or structure; ance lay ®, 2: thal evn 4 include as exhibits two copies of the specifications and scale drawings of the building or structure with respect to which the work is to be carried out showing; 6.2.4.1. the dimensions of the building; 6.2.4.2. the proposed use of each room or floor area; 6.2.4.3. the dimensions of the land on which the building is, or ts to be, situated; the grades and elevations of the streets and sewers abutting the land when reasonably required by the Building Inspector; 6.2.4.5. the minimum habitable floor elevation according to geodetic datum, when reasonably required by the Building Inspector; 6.2.4.6. the position, height and horizontal dimensions of all buildings on the land; 6.2.4.7. a Survey of the building site by a tegistered provincial Surveyor, when Teasonably required by a Building Inspector; 6.2.4.8, such other information as is necessary to illustrate all essential features of the design of the building and to establish compliance with this Bylaw and the Building Code; and include the Owner's undertaking attached as Schedule H to this bylaw, executed by the Qwner or agent, when the proposed building comes within Part 3 of the Building Code, structural components of the building come within Part 4 of the Building Code, or a Building Inspector requires professional design and field review.
