Underground Structure:

Means a building or structure, or portion of a building or structure,
with a floor located below finished grade and at no point higher than
0.6 metres from finished grade.

Unit Density:

Means the figure obtained by dividing the number of dwelling units on
a lot by the total surface area of the lot.

IV. It is further recommended that "Part V~ Supplementary Regulations” of the
“Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240" be amended as follows:
