A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held
Prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam
held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2589 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.c, on Monday, October 2nd, 1989 at 7:30 DoM.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M,C, Farnworth, M.D. Gates,
J.J. Keryluk, G.R, Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance,

Mr. and Mrs, C. Kaytor, 1964 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam expressing
Opposition to this four lot industrial subdivision having three driveways onto
Taylor Street, When their home was built they were not allowed access from

Taylor Street and would like to see the same restrictions apply to this
development,

Mr. D. Allan, 1931 Taylor .Streat, Port Coquitlam expressed concern that an
Industrial Development Was not appropriate for 4 predominantly single
residential area and that the City should not be Selling a portion of road

Mrs. D, Kaytor, 1964 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam, Spoke in opposition to
the proposed rezoning outlining areas of concern stated in her letter,

Mr. C. Kaytor, 1964 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam, asked if McLean Avenue
would be widened,

Mrs. E, Allan, 1931 Taylor Street, Port Coquitlam, Spoke in opposition to
the proposed rezoning outlining areas of concern state in her letter,

Proposed rezoning for reasons previously stated,
