The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: Lots 12, 13, and 14 District Lot 379 Plan 17609 New Westminster District. is hereby rezoned from RM-2 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-5 (Downtown Apartment Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for ali purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2371”. Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of June, 1988.
