WHEREAS the Permittee wishes to commence a development on the Lands herein

AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for a Development Permit in

ANO WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.§$.8.C. 1979, co 290 provides that in a
Hevelopment Permit certain matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner

specified therein;

NOW THEREFORE the Couneil of the City hereby issues a Development Permit in

respect of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel of Land situate in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is more particularly deseribed as:
