A Bylaw to emenag the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation Of the City of

Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows;

Subsection (1) of Section 28 of the "City of Port Coquitiam

Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No, 1651" is amengeg Dy inserting,
after clause (e) the following aS clause (ff)

"(f) One family residentia; Shall! be permitted where an
existing parce} Of land is too Small to permit lawful]

CONnSTruction of a4 building for apartment resigentia|
use;

PROVIDED that all Duildings ang Structures for gsuych
US® shall! be Constructed jn accordance with The size,
Shape ang Siting regulations of THIS Zone,"

2 Subsection ] Of Section 29 of The Bylaw [gs amended py
inserting, after clause (e) The following as Clause (f):;

"(f) One family residential shal) be permitted where an
