A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Building 24 1984
and Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No 1298. OCT 14 1934

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The short title of the "City of Port Coquitlam Bullding and Plumbing Code
Aoministration Bylaw, 1974, No 1298" js amended by striking out the words "and

enforcement",

Section’! of the bylaw is amended: by repealing the definition of "building code"
and substituting therefor the fol lowing:

"'bullding code! means the building code established by the Province."

Clause (5) of Section 2 of the bylaw Is amended by striking out the words “and
enforcement", ; .

Subclause (1) of Clause (a) of Section 4 of the bylaw is amended by striking out
the words "or enforcing". .

Section 7 of the bylaw is amended by repealing the words of clause (@) that
i)

and substituting the fol lowing:

appear before subciause (

“(e) with at least 48 hours notice to the authority having jurisdiction request
and obtain an inspection and receive approval of the work:"

This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Bullding
and Plumbing Code Administration Bylaw, 1974, No. 1298, Amendment Bylaw, 1984,

No. 2062".
