THIS DEVELOPMENT PERMIT made in duplicate and dated

ISSUED BY: THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM,
a Municipal Corporation with offices at
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.

(called herein the "City’)

(called herein the "Permittee")

WHEREAS the Permittee wishes to commence a development upon

ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate,

lying and being in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British

Columbia, and more Particularly known and described as:

AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for a Development
Permit in regerd to the Lands;
AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act provides that in such a Permit
certain matters may be regulated, required or limited;
NOW THEREFORE, the Councii of the City hereby issues a Development
Permit in respect of the Lands and contiguous streets and lanes as follows:
1. This Development Permit is issued subject to all requirements

contained in the City's By-laws except where specifically varied or
