A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, FEB 23 1981

1979, No. 1651",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoriing Map.of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, °
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979.
No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RM-2 assigned

Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Elock "R", District Lot 289, Group 1,

Plan 2118 "A", New Westminister District;
and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property.
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980,

No. 180L". | ,

By-law No. 1801: to rezone Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block "R",

District Lot 289, Group 1, Plan-:2118 "A", New Westminster District;

from RM=2 to RM~4.

This property is located at 2378/82 Wilson Avenue and it is

expected that a 22-unit three storey apartment building will
be constructed on the property following completion of the
rezoning procedures. It is anticipated that underground parking

for 33 cars will be provided with access from Wilson Avenue.
