Subsequent to your meeting with a group of our directors, we are
pleased to submit our proposal to you in writing, as suggested,

The map of our three communities, originally published by J Alley
Estates, is in great demand, both locally and from the four corners of
the earth, Unfortunately, the supply of this map is all but depleted,
and we have been informed by Alley Estates that this company will no
longer be providing further free publication.

Since we are convinced that this map is a necessity, constantly
used by our residents and sought after by visitors, the Chamber has
agecided to explore other avenues of continuing its supply.

The price quoted to us for printing, including up-to-the-minute
updating, is approximately $6,000.00, for 10,000 copies (an estimated
two year supply). We plan to-redesign the present map so that there
will be no advertising on the map face, The back of the map will be
divided into twelve panels of approximately 44 x 9% inches in area,
and we plan to sell this space for $500.00 per panel, Our present
paste-up envisions several of these panels going to shopping centres,
and the remainder to municipal information.
