Re: By-law No. 1420

A copy of the above-noted By-law is reproduced on the reverse side of this
memorandum and the same is available for first three readings,

Council will note that the three words "on a highway" are underlined and
we would advise that the only change in the By-law is to insert these
three words.

This amendment has been approved by our Solicitor and has received the
endorsement of the City's Building and Protection Committee.
