A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Caquitlan,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
3. Subsection (1) of Section 202 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By~law, 1969, No. 918" 1s amended by striking out the Zone Designations
and Short Form equivalents "M-1 Service Industrial" and M-2 General
Industrial” in the Schedule shown therein and inserting the following
three Zone Designations and Short Form equivalents in their place:

"Hel General Industrial

M-2 . Heavy Industrial
. M-3 Special Industrial
2. Part VII of the By-lew entitled "PART vII INDUSTRIAL ZONES" is
repealed and the following substituted therefi:r:

PART VET INDUSTRIAL ZONES

7OL M-1_ GENERAL INDUSTRIAL

This District provides for the accommodation of general

_ industrial activities.
1) Uses Permitted:
. (a) Uses as permitted in the M-3 ZONE except
those commercial and service uses provided in
.Secticn, 703(1) (a). .
_ The following commercial and service uses:
4. automobile, boat and trailer sales and rental lots.

i4. automotive repair shops, including body repair and
painting. . o

cartage, delivery and express facilities.
car washing establishments.

nurseries and greenhousss.:-_

offices, storage buildings, workshops and yards
for the following trade contractors:

building, electrical, fumigating, heating and air
conditioning, painting, plumbing, refrigeration,
vooring, septic tank and sign.

vetail building supply establishments.
gale of new machinery and new heavy equipment.

truck and truck-trailer sales or rental lots.

tire retreading. ;

walding shops not exceeding 6,000 square feet
in gross floor area.
