Mr. J. La Carte, chairman of the Centennial commit- tee, stated that due to a holdup in delivery of shrubs and trees, planting planned for the past weekend had to be delay- ed until this week, Consirgetion costs are higher than expected and it will. be neces- sary to conduct another drive for funds to meet rising costs. - The committee wishes to express thanks to Mr, P.
