A special meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Thursday, May 13th, 1993, at 5:00 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Secretarial Assistant to the City Clerk G. Chubaty, and City
Treasurer/Deputy Administrator J.G.S. Maitland.

BYLAWS:

That the "Annual Budget Bylaw, 1992, No. 2667, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2781" be
reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.

Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That the “Annual Budget Bylaw, 1993, No. 2782" be reconsidered, finaliy passed and
adopted.

Carried.
Moved by Councillor Gates:
Seconded by Councillor Keryluk:
That the “Annual Tax Rates Bylaw, 1993, No. 2783" be reconsidered, finally passed and
adopted.
Carried.

Moved by Councillor Talbot:
Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That City Council adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Program and approve Bylaw
No. 2784 which reflects the proposed Capital Program.

Carried.
