A newly created construction crew undertakes various City capital construction projects within
the capability of its staff. The maintenance shop provides mechanical servicing and repairs, and
preventative maintenance to all City vehicles, equipment and tools.

The Operations division maintains a state of readiness within the availaple resources, to respond
to general public complaints, accidents and emergencies within the City.
