wh SUAS Meth BYLAH NO. 2636 A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Section 1003 of the “Port. Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is repealed and the following substituted: "1003. CLEAN LNDUSTRIAL (M-3) (1) INTENT To provide a high-quality setting for light induatrial and related uses and to serve as a transition between industry and nearby commercial, residential or agricultural uses. USES PERMITTED The following uses are permitted, but only when sited and completely enclosed within a builiding: (a) Light industrial; (b) Processing and finishing of manufactured goods, including large-seale cleaning and laundry establishments; (c) Warehousing, storage, distribution and delivery of goods; (d) Wholesale and accessory retail sales, provided that the sales and display areas are located in the same building and, when combined, do not constitute more than 20% of the gross floor area oceupied by the business carrying out that use; Laboratories and sclentific and | technical research eatablishments; Trade, technical, professional and vocational schools; The following office uses, provided that the minimum area occupied by each individual office use or business is at least 550 m@ (5,920 sq. ft.): / ~ Municipal, Provincial, or Federal Governments, ~ Utility companies, ~-~ Engineering and surveying offices, ~ Architectural and Landscape Architectural offices; Auction rooms; THIRD READING Nore.
