BYLAW NO. 2607

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

.

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 38

District Lot 479

Group One

Plan 2145

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~-1 (Large Lot Residential) to P-4 (Utility
District) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2607”. ae

Read a first time by the Municipal Council thia 17th day of June, 1991.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of June, 1991. |

Public Hearing held this 8th day of July, 1991.
