the buildina and where necessarv recommend remedial
works required to various structural components. of the
building. The report is confined to structural works
only.

2 We understand that the was built above 40 years ago ,
( either in late 1940's or early 1950's ) . The
Building Department . at Municipal Hall of The City of
Port Coquitlam does not have any records. of the drawings
of this building in their achieves.

3 The buildina is a two storey wood frame building . with
flat roof . The around/main floor ( at the time of site
inspections ) is used as office/retail store . and
agppears ts have been used as ware-house at some period
of its history. The second floor is being used as
several independent apartments.

The buildina is roughly aera ar in shape swith about
