A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitian,
open meeting assembled, enacts as. follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 1, being a 0.3750 ha portion of Lot 2 as shown on a proposed
subdivision plan prepared by Robert M. Reese B.C.L.S. and dated June
lith, 1990

District Lot 463

Group One

Plan 69169

New Westminster District;

is hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) to C-4 (Town Centre
Commercial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

A copy. of the proposed subdivision plan referred to in Section 1 is
attached to this bylaw as Schedule "A" and made a part hereof,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2516”. .

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of June, 1990.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of June, 1990.
Public Hearing held this 23rd day of July, 1990. .
