Lot 3, Block 27, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2286, New Weatminster District, be sold to Counselor Developments Inc., Suite B - 4502 Fairmont Road, North Vancouver, B. C. V7R 2W9 at or for the price or sum of $48,000.00; The adjustment date be February 16th, 1990, or eariier; The possession date be February 16th, 1990, or earlier; Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto. SUBJECT To the consolidation of the said Lot 3 with Lots 1, 2, 4, and 5 so as to form one lot. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: The exact location of the property is shown on the map section following. The prospective purchaser now owns the property on both sides of Lot 3 (Lots 1 & 2 and 4 & 5) and a rezoning bylaw that would zone all five lots to RM~4 for an apartment development is now in process. The price set for the property is based on an appraisal completed on April 5th, 1989.
