Restrictive Covenant providing a backup regulation to the Suilding Scheme included as a schedule to the Master Agreement regulating the construction of Single family dwellings and two family dwellings and landscaping of Sloping lands to prevent land Slippage. Copies of the above documents with all revisions have been distributed to City Council Separately. Schedules 3B, C and p have been reviewed by the Director of Parks and aeereation, the City Engineer and the Director of Planning respectively. A joint review of Schedule A has been carried out by the three aforesaid Department Heads along with other Nepartment leads (City Treasurer, City Clerk and Director of Building Permits and Inspections). Ali of the documents have been reviewed by the City's Solicitor, Mr, Christopher Murdy, from a legal perspective to ensure that the City's interests are protected. These documents have been found to be in order and their approval by City Council is recommended at this time.
