This property is located at 1828 Dorset Avenue and is appreximately 1084 m4
(11,670 sq.ft.) in size with a frontage of 20 m (66 ft.).

This property is presently zoned RS-1.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside
"Tender for 1828 Dorset Avenue" and addressed to:
