Dear Sirs:

Re: Sale By Tender of Lot 348, District Lot 232, Group 1,
' Plan 30872, except part subdivided by Plan 37960,
New Westminster District (the "Property") —

We advise that we are the solicitors for 1919 Developments Corp.,
who have instricted us on’ their behalf to submit a-Tender for the
Property on the following terms and conditions:

1. * The Tender will be open for acceptance by the. Council of the |
City of Port Coquitlam (the "Council") for a period of 30 days
from November 6th, 1986; oe SO : . 7

2. Upon acceptance of the Tender by the Council the balance of
the purchase price shall be paid. on or before 30 days after said -

acceptance subject to paragraphs 5 and 6 herein;

“3. Our client offers to purchase the Property for the sum of

4, We enclose herein, a certified cheque in the sum of
$8,500.00 representing 10 percent of the amount offered for the
