Intent of the Proposed Bylaw:

To amend the regulations of the RS-1 (Single Family Residential) zone.so as to
increase the number of ambulatory guests permitted in a Personal Care Use from ten

persons to twelve persons. :

Location of Property Affected:

Although this amendment wil! app!y to all property in the City presently zoned RS-1
(Single Family Residential) it is expected that immediate advantage of the provision
will be taken by the Barberry Lodge located at 1440 Barberry Drive, Port Coquitlam.

Further Information:

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be Inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitiam City Hali, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to

4:30 pem., on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing.

Atso available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reports and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bylaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing all persons who believe their Interest in property is affected by ths
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained In the Bylaw.
