Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
Re: Secondary Highway Classification/Bedwell Bay Road

I have been instructed by Mayor Drew to provide you with a copy
of a recent resolution, unanimously endorsed by the Village
Council, requesting the Ministry of Transportation and Highways
to classify as a secondary highway, those portions of Bedwell
Bay Road which are used by the regional public to access the
Belcarra Regional Park Picnic Grounds.

As Bedwell Bay Road currently functions as the only access road -
used by park visitors to reach the facilities at the Belcarra
Picnic Grounds and to other areas of the Regional Park presently
being developed to serve the needs of the North East sector
mmicipalities, the Municipal Council is seeking your support in
obtaining this classification.

Your cooperation in this regard is most appreciated.
