Your letter of July 26th addressed to Mr. T. F. Moore,
has been referred to the Ficod Reparations Committee.

I have been directed to reply and advise you that the
terms of reference for that Committee do not include consideration
of claims for flooding unless flood damages resulted from high floed
levels during the peak of the freshet period of late May to early
June. :
