May 12th, 1975 A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., on May 12th, 1975 at 7:30 p.m. His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, M.A. Thompson, and L.M. Traboulay in attendance. Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.f. Pollock, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer V.G. Borch, P. Eng., Recreation Director Janna Taylor, City Planning Officer Lanson Lee, and Mrs. B.M. Aalten. ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following Zon. Pub. Hearing- B/law #1373° be considered: (Land Use Cencract #11 proposed By-law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract would now By-law No. 1373: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Ricard Holdings Ltd., 3046 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 11" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the By~law and the said Land Use Contract No. 11 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of land described as: Lot 41, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 25135, New Westminster District, Except Part Subdivided by By-law Plan Lots 4-10, inclusive, Block One, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 2364, New Westminster District. All that Portion of Perth Street of District Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster District as shown dedicated on Registered Plan 2364 included within the green outline on a By-law Plan prepared by V.C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., and dated March 14th, 1975, a copy of which said Plan was attached to and made part of the "Perth Street Plan 25135 Highway Exchange By-law, 1975, No. 1368" of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. The above-noted property is located in the 3300 blocks of Perth and Chester Streets (between Salisbury and Dorset Avenues) and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 11 will permit the property to be sub- divided into 11 lots and will permit the construction of single-family residences thereon to be used for certain uses permitted in the RS~1 (One-Family Residrntial) zone as set out in Section 4 of the said
