‘WHEREAS by By=law No. 1223 of The Corporation of the City of Port
Cequitlan cited as the "District. Lot 232 Road and Lane Closure By-law, 1972,
2223", a certain portion of road and lane in District Lot 232 therein
described lecated in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British

Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the ttayor and City Clere“8F The
Corgoration of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying
on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of road and Jane

in District Lot 232 described in By-law No. 1223 and the vesting of the

title to the land conprising the sane in The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlan, Carried."
