Employment Centre, presided over the interment of a time
capsule in the concrete floor ofa building going up on
Lazelle Ave. last week. Assisting were contractor Larry Lee
and Centre manager Shirley Kimery. The capsule’s con-
tents should drive future archaeologists nuts.

More than 30 Terrace residents, members of the Skeena Valley Guru Nanak Brotherhood,

turned out for a flag raising ceremony at clty hall last week to commemorate. a week of
celebration In honor of Kalsa (the Sikhism Birthday). In the Sikh religion, the event is the

equivalent of Christmas. The ceremony was.led by Glanl Inder Singh Sidki.

talc Creek to Yukon Border, Cas-
siar Access, Dease Lake Town-
site, Atlin Highway, Atlin Town-
site, O'Donnell River Road and
Surprise Lake Road are limited
to 100% of lagal axle loading as
set by the reguiations pursuant
to the Commercial Transport
ct.

Previous restrictions imposed
remain in effect, namely:

70% legal axle loading:
Telegraph Creek Road

All tearm overload permits are in-
valid for the duration of this re-
striction. Violators of the regu-
lations and restrictions will be
prosecuted.

Appropriate percentages of the
tolerance provided In subsection
7.06(2) of the regulations pur-
suant to the Commercial Trans-
-port Act are applicable.

Further rastrictlons may be im-
posed on short notice.
