A From the City Clerk, January 6th, 1993 regarding Sale of City Property - 2025 Fraser
venue.

Moved by Councillor Keryluk:
seconded by Councillor Thompson:

Whereas the iands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes nor are
they reserved or dedicated;

Now therefore be it resolved that:

1. Lot 14, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2286, New Westminster Distri>*, Port Coquitlam,
BC be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received,

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property
for Sal: By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved,
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids if Council in its
absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate.

From the City Clerk, January 14th, 1993 regarding Sale of City Property - Bury & Wilson.

Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes, nor are
they reserved or dedicated, now therefore be it resolved that:

All that portion of Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, shown on
registered Plan 68311, included within the heavy outline of subdivision plan certified by Robert
M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 22nd day of December, 1992, a copy
of which is attached hereto, will be sold to Buttjes Management Group for the sum of $2,976.00,
the price established by Council.

And that The Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the documents necessary for
the purpose of the aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
