Lot 14, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2286, New Westminster Distri>*, Port Coquitlam, BC be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received, The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the "Real Property for Sal: By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council Meeting; The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved, The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein; Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection is appropriate. Moved by Councillor Keryluk: Seconded by Councillor Wught: Whereas the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal purposes, nor are they reserved or dedicated, now therefore be it resolved that: All that portion of Lot 2, District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, shown on registered Plan 68311, included within the heavy outline of subdivision plan certified by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 22nd day of December, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto, will be sold to Buttjes Management Group for the sum of $2,976.00, the price established by Council.
