Mr. Rodriguez of 1270 Pitt River Road spoke regarding his concerns about
the parking problems. He mentioned a present 26 unit complex that has no
visitor parking. C.R. Felip advised that parking requirements have now been

upgraded, and the new complex will follow the new requirements. Mr. Rodriguez

questioned Mr. Felip on the proposed design and height of 1282 Pitt River Road.

Mr. Brad Nicholson of 1336 Pitt River Road spoke of his concerns regarding
traffic, and his specific worries of' increased parking problems in the lane.
