and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 9 will permit the
land, buildings, and structures located or to be located thereat
te be used for certain uses permitted in the C-4 (Town Sub-
Centre Commercial) Zone as set out in Section 4 of the said
Land Use Contract No. 9 in order to permit the construction of
a mixed Commercial/Apartment building containing approximately
3,600 square feet of stores and eight two-bedroom suites and
various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contract
concerning the size, shape and siting of buildings and
structures and various other matters.

Coquitlam, B. C. between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - on working

days ~ from November 28th, 1974 to December 9th, 1974.
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-laws.
