The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out thereiu;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or te reject all of the bids
4£ Counctl in its absolute discretion detczuines that rejection is
appropriate.

NEW BUSINESS:

Alderman Gates referred to 38.C. Transit making a presentation to the
Public Works Committee meeting scheduled for April 8th, 1991 and questioned
why it will net be done during an open Council meeting.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That B.C. Transit Representatives be invited to a 7:00 p.m. Council
meeting on April 8ti, 1991, to make their presentation.

Carried.
