That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot F (excluding Plan 17598 and 19890) District Lot 174 and 289 Group One Plan 5086 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to Ri-4 (Apartment ) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2556".
