BYLAW 2546

WHEREAS the “Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 22, 1990, No. 2548"
received first two readings on October 15th, 1990;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most
recent Capital Expenditure Program;

AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed
amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coauitiam Industrial Development Strategy”:

AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration;
AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a
Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2548 was read a

third time on November 5th 1990;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2548 and the
City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program;

THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the
Official Community Plan propesed to be enacted by fylaw No. 2548 and the

Economic Strategy Plan" that was presented to Council at its meeting of Nay
13th, 1985;

THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration:

AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2548 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
