Should a referendum be necessary, we seek the support,
through your Council, to use the expertise of your office
to assist us in holding a referendum. I would appreciate
your Council, through you, making a commitment to assist
the school district in holding a referendum should our
Board decide that it is necessary. If this decision is
made, we could arrange a meeting to discuss the necessary
details.
