Formal policy does not currently exist that regulates facility
rentals for youth events, The particular individuals have not
previously rented any of our facilities. There is no reason to
believe that this event will not be a success.

The last youth concert held on June 3rd, 1988, in the Mabbett
Room was well supervised and problems were minimal.
