NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port
Coguitiam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

All that portion of Parcel "A* (Bylaw Plan 76519) Section 6, Township
40, New Westminster District dedicated Road on Plan 19853.

The property is situated on the south side of Patricia Avenue
immediately east of Inverness Street and is 1.5 m wide by 40.235 m long
(60,.35m2 - 650 sq. ft.). In the event that the property is offered for sale
the lowest price which will be accepted is $2,700.00.

It will be a requirement of the sale that the property be consolidated
With the lot immediately south thereof being 3590 Inverness Street.

I£ any person desires any further information regarding Council's
intention to sell this property, or would like to make any proposal for the
acguisition of it, please contact the undersigned on or before 12:00 o'clock
Noon on, Thursday, March 24th, 1988,
