Tne Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assemoled, enacts as follows: .

1. Those cerivain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which
are more particularly described as:

are hereby rezoned from RS-2 (Single Family Residential) to RM-3 (Multiple Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, '
1979, No. 1651" Is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1986, No. 2188".
