That. subject to the execution of a satisfactory agreement, Counc! |
authorize the payment of $2,000 to International Paper Industries to
assist in the purchase of plastic bags needed for the Curbside Pickup
Recycling Program and that such funds be taken out of the Environmenta|
Protection Budget.

That Staff proceed with drafting an agreement with International
Paper Industries for the provision of a Curbside Pickup Recycling
Program for newspaper {n Port Coquittam,
