The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "A" of the "Sewage Facilities Development Cost Charge Bylaw,
1735" as enacted by Bylaw No. 1810 is hereby deleted and the Schedule "A" attached
to and forming part of this Bylaw is substituted therefor.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Sewage Facilities Development

Cost Charge Bylaw, 1980, No.

1735, Amendment Bylaw,

1984, No. 2040",
