access policy on Genstar's Main Road.

That the policy of fane access only for single family homes which
applies to the major roads in Port Coquitlam also be extended to the
major access route to Genstar'ts subdivision, commencing at Pitt River
Road and ending at Mary Hill Road.

That the following properties be and the same are hereby sold to
J.V.M. Developments Ltd., 732 Sidney Avenue, Coquitiam, B.C. at or for
the price stated opposite the legal description of the property
appearing hereunder:

(a) Lot 57, Blocks 108 11, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan
2211, New Westminster District ~ $32,675.00,

(b) Lot 60, Blocks 10 8 11, District Lot 380, Group One, Plan
2211, New Westminster District - $32, 150.00.

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary documents for the Purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto."
