DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the "Sunday and Holiday Shopping Regulation Bylaw, 1982,

No. 1883" has received second reading;

AND WHEREAS the assent of the electors to the said Bylaw is required;

AND WHEREAS the Council is required to establish the date of polling
for the receipt of such assent;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that polling day for the submission to

the electors of the "Sunday and Holiday Shopping Regulation Bylaw,
1982, No. 1883" be established as Saturday, March 27th, 1982;

AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to do all things necessary
connection therewith in order that the said Bylaw may be submitted to

the Electors on the date hereby established.
