The Mundedpal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. the Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City’of Port Coquitlam
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
.. No, 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned to

’ Lot man, Block 28, District Lot, 464, Group One, Plan 2039, New Westminster
_ District and. assirming the Zone Yesignation of: , .
(a) RT-1 te Lot 1 of a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A"

+ prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors
under Job No. C-3194~81; and,

{b} RS-1A to Lot 2 of a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A"

prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors

under Job No. C-3194-S81.

Z. A copy of the proposed Subdivision zveferred to in Section 1 is

attached to’ thir By-law and made a part thereof. .

3. This By-law, my be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

‘Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1981, No. 1822".

By-law No. 1822: to removed the Zone Designation of RS-1. assigned

to Lot "A", Block 28, District lot 464, Group One, Plan 2039, Kew

Westminster District and assign the Zone Designation of:

(a2) RT-1 to Lot lof a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A"

prepared by V.C. Coudal and Associates, British Columbia land Surveyors
under Job No. C-3194-81; and, . .

(b) RS-lA to Lot 2 of a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A"
prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, Pritish Columbia Land Surveyors
under Job No. C-3194-81.

This property is located at 1935 Grant Avenue and is being rezoned to

permit the Subdivision thereof into two separate parcels; one of which.

will be used as the site of a duplex dwalling and the other as the

site for a single famtly dwelling.
